September 2012:

I had to hit the reset button. Once upon a time I got to my goal weight using Spark People. That was 3 years and 2 kids ago. Lol... I''ve been trying unsuccessfully to get back to that goal weight. And have been having a difficult time trying to balance 3 kids (the 2 youngest 22 months apart), working a full time job, husband and a household. I''m to the point where I''m finally have to be real - what worked before just isn''t working this time around. My season in life has changed and I will adjust with it.

It's so hard to stay on all the time. You're doing great. Just take baby steps. Focus on changing one behavior a week like drinking more water. You'll find that by making one good choice that making others will be easier and sometime automatic.

Glad to see you comment on my feed. I hope all is going well with you & your family. Have you set any fall goals? Are you participating in any team challenges?
I'm doing the fall Biggest Loser Challenge & a Spark people challenge for a balanced life. I'm also having sinus surgery on the 9th. I'm hoping it doesn't de-rail me too much!!
