Have you ever seen one of those signs in a hotel or other business that says, "Sorry for our mess. We are working hard to remodel our facility to make it more comfortable for our guests"?

That is how I feel. I let my body get run down and out of shape. But I am remodeling so it will be nicer and more comfortable for my guest, ME! LOL

July a tough month to stay on track with all the summer activities.

August is the month to get everything together. Need to gain some momentum going into the Holiday Season.

Second Challenge (August 10 - August 16)
Earn a Red Ribbon for the week if you did 200 push ups, 200 crunches, 200 minutes exercise and no weight gain.
Third Challenge (August 17 - August 23)
Earn a Blue Ribbon for the week if you did 250 push ups, 250 crunches, 250 minutes exercise and no weight gain.
Accumulative Challenge (Entire Month August 1 - August 31)
Earn a Gold Trophy if you reported 500 push ups, 500 crunches, 800 minutes exercise and no weight gain.

2014 Go for the Gold Individual Exercise Challenge
The goal here is to track May's exercise minutes and reach one of the medal levels.
SparkPeople Goodie medals will be awarded to those who achieve one of the levels.
Gold Medal - 2000 plus minutes
Silver Medal - 1500 plus minutes
Bronze Medal - 1000 plus minutes

Thanks for popping by my page. My exercise is great. My food is not. emoticon With everything going on, I've been resorting to fast food and making poor choices. I know I will have to pay for this. But this week will end and then I can get back on track with food. I am GOING to MAKE this WORK! emoticon

And I have to say, I LOVE the team! I needed to be challenged, and have never concerned myself much with being active until now. And I'm enjoying it (never thought I'd say that!).
