I am a mother of five kids and desperately in need to lose weight.i have lost about 18 kilos rather slow but i am not giving up,that is why i am participating in the SPRING INTO ACTION BL 2014 challenge.
I will exercise a minimum of 30 minutes 6 days in a week
I will eat healthily by minimizing junk and processed foods and staying within my calorie range.
I will participate actively in the boards of my team.

My Goals:
MY 5% CHALLENGE COMMITMENT PLAN

GOAL TO EAT: 1290 - 1640 calories daily.

GOAL TO BURN:
730 calories weekly.

GOAL TO LOSE:
To go from 90kg to 85kg by may 2014.


My Program:
i try to do a 30 minute jogging at least 3 times a week, ST and walk on the alternate days.

Personal Information:
I am from and live in the eastern part of Nigeria.I am also a civil servant.

I am planning to hit my goal weight of 75kilos by my 2nd sparkversary
