My main goal is to improve my health. I want to make the way I eat and what I eat a lifestyle.

Update: Since I started following the SP pre-diabetic program. I feel so much better. Both mentally and physically. Some days I have extra energy I actually want to workout. I dont feel deprived. I believe the way I am eating can be a lifestyle. There is still room for improvement but Im on my way!

It's simple. I am following the SP pre-diabetic plan. Tracking Tracking Tracking is the most important part of my success.

Personal Information:
I live in the city and state that loves food. New Orleans, La. I have had an issue with my weight almost my entire life. My first attempt at dieting was age 12. I made several more attempt during the years only one was successful. Loosing over 100 lbs at that time. So I know I have the knowledge and determination to obtain my goals.

Other Information:
Quiting is not an option!
