MY JOURNEY TO A BETTER LIFE!!!

I'm 35 a single mum of 3 (plus 1 in 'heaven')
I have been struggling with my weight for a while,always trying one diet or another, looking for that quick fix,miracle pill ( aren't we all? )
I also suffer from anxiety and depression,arthritis,and a rae condition known as P.O.T.S (Postural Orthostatic Tachycardia Syndrome),which in simple terms means i can pass out anytime,anywhere and be unconcious from 5 mins upto aprox 4 hours at a time.
However i am determined not to let ...

However i am determined not to let these health issues get the better of me and this is also another reason for me to get my weight down and start eating healthier.

I am not dieting anymore,I am simply eating healthier and making better lifestyle choices.

I have actually been on and off spark people several times in the past ,but had never bothered to really track my foods or fitness consistently or set up a blog page,this is the first blog I have ever actually done at all,so forgive me if it does get a little boring at times.......
It was actually down to my sister that my mindset changed as she posted a rather awful tipsy picture of me after a celebration on facebook,I saw it and promptly burst into tears.
I could not believe I had let myself get to that state,I looked so frumpy,fat, lumps in all the wrong places and well just felt disgusted with myself,so here i am again and this time i am doing this page and sharing the UPS & DOWN'S,GOOD & BAD with you all.

I'm now going to the gym on a regular basis and SHOCK HORROR enjoy it,in fact I now get annoyed with myself if I can't go for whatever reason.....WEIRD!I

I'm also dairy free so working the diet side of things out has been tricky,but I'm getting there.
I'm finding that i am actually reducing my cravings for the chocolate now which although dairy free and really you do not want to know the effects it has on me...I confess I was still trying to sneak the odd bits of chocolate into my diet with severe consquences each time,which yeah I know was not good for my health whatsoever.

I now go for fruit,jellies or something else sweet, DAIRY FREE and not so many calories/fat/etc and am feeling so much better for it

I get weighed on a monthly basis, I have alot of weight to lose but hope for some support in that area. (people cheering me on etc)
I find tracking my food and fitness on here really helps.
My mini goal is to get to 12 stone minimum before my birthday in November...
My ultimate goal is to get to 9 stone again and wear nice clothes,feel good in myself and of course look good and get my confidence back.......

My Goals:
1. improve my fitness
2.drink more fluids reguarly
3.eat more healthy foods (fruit and veg)
5. stop the chub rub
5.get to 12st by my birthday
6. get to 9 stone eventually and stay there

My Program:
Go gym or do bits on wii at least 2x a week
Eat more fruit and veg and think about what you are eating.
Drink more fluids in the day,aim for the 8 glasses
Wear some NICE FASHIONABLE type clothes in a SMALLER SIZE!

Personal Information:
35yrs old mother of 3 plus 1 angel,likes going to the gym,tarot card reading,cross-stitching and losing weight/inches,toning up.
Wants to look good and feel good and get back into some of the clothes she used to wear.
My motivation is that if I get to my mini goal then I can get my hair done at xmas
