100+LBS Gone For Good....Now To Keep it Off

I have finally reached 100lbs gone. I am excited and ready to learn more and more about my body. This has been quite a learning experience for me. Some days have been great and some have been terrible but all-in-all it has been worth it.

I have about 45 more pounds that I would like to lose as well as lean out. My biggest goal right now is strength training. It has been my weakness throughtout this journey but I know I must conquer it.

My Goals:
Now that I've lost over 100+lbs, my goal is to continue to eat healthy (mostly clean), drink 64oz water daily, exercise for enjoyment as well as weight loss and toning muscle. My biggest area as of now is gaining more muscle. Keeping the weight off is definitely a huge long-term goal of mines. Most of all, enjoy the new physical me and learn to love myself all over again.

My Program:
I eat "clean" 80% of the time, do cardio 2-3 days a week. I also incorporate full body exercise classes as well as lift 2 days a week. My new love is green smoothies and adding super foods to my lifestyle.
