It's Time To Get This Right!
THIS IS NOT A RACE, IT'S A BATTLE FOR HEALTH & HAPPINESS! As you can see by the captions beneath most of my pictures, and the chart at the right side of my page that my battle has started, stopped, and began again and again and again....... But the battle MUST continue and when I lose the fight for one day, I need to get up dust myself off and move on without giving up. 01/2013 (342) ******************** 03/09 (334) -8 = -8 Total 03/16 (332) -2 = -10 03/23 (328) -4 = -14 03/30 (326) -2 = -16 MARCH Total = 8 pounds lost ******************** 04/06 (327)+1 = -15 04/12 (322) -5 = -20 04/19 (326)+4 = -16 APRIL Total = 0 pounds lost ******************** 05/03 (326) 0 = -16 05/10 (324) -2 = -18 05/17 (329) +5= -13 05/25 (324) -5 = -18 MAY Total = 2 pounds lost ******************** 06/02 (322) -2 = -20 ******************** Well my official weight loss for May is 4 pounds..... I have advanced my weight loss from June 2, 2015 down to Jan. 26, 2015..... Now THAT feels great! Friends, you really need to go to your goal settings each time you lose weight and calculate where you are on the calendar weight loss schedule. It's amazing how great you feel when you realize your ahead of schedule and doing so much better than you believed yourself to be! I was so depressed and angry because I was losing weight one week, gaining a third of it back the next, and losing that plus 1 - 2 pounds the next week. I was seesawing back and forth and thought myself to be a failure. But when I chart it each time, I realize that I really am doing better than originally thought...... God Is great my friends!
