Taking back Tink !!!

It is summer and life is in full swing. I have stepped back and looked into the looking glass and I saw a small glimpse of the person I use to be. I want her back in full swing. I didnt start the process to lead an unhappy life No i started to live the better life that came with loosing my weight. In the process of loosing I have found that I lost a few things and through some changes in my life I hope to find them. I am committed to being the best person I can be Healthy and emotionally sound.

Thanks for the goodie! Glad to know that things are going OK for you. I'll get more info about my pool this weekend. It isn't open yet. I think I might be back there teaching beginning on the 8th. The pool where I have been swimming this summer is closing for maintenance next week, so I might have to find another alternative, but at least it is only for a short time. emoticon

Thank you for the goodie and the words of encouragement. This is a very special treat - to be in the first class cabin for a day. That was a wonderful idea and offers us all opportunities to get to know our fellow travellers and offer support and encouragement.
I am happy to be on the Casual Travellers team again.

Read your blog today about BMI and then read your blog about Are you afraid of failure at the 100 pound mark and knew I had to keep reading your posts so I added you as a friend. I am a SP retread having lost 80 lbs. and then regaining 60 prior to this journey. My line in the sand was reaching ONEderland. You have a way of seeing things from a new perspective that is so helpful to me.
Thank you for your honesty.
