I am Darlene from MS. I am the mother of two grown sons and grandmother of two grandsons and one grand daughter . I am a emotional eater trying to change that part of my life. The process started out July,2011 at 366 pounds we are getting there . slow and steady is the way of the world.
On June 26, 2013 I met my 100 pounds gone mark weight in at 266. 8.

Thanks for the goodie. I knew you could do it. One suggestion is to take one or two private swim lessons there, to get a few pointers you could use to improve your technique. But it sounds like you did terrific. I might have misread your blog--meters is more laps.

As far as bad feet, I know you work out in a pool, but have you done water jogging? It mimics the exact body motion of running on land. Great for those of us who can no longer do that!
