Back on the wagon!

250 pound, 43 year old guy that can't believe he turned into a 250 pound, 43 year old guy. I'm in the process of building a new home, which should be done in the next 90 days or so, so I'm hoping to use this time to build myself the healthy lifestyle that I've been too lazy to put together up until now.

My Goals:
Lose 2 pounds a week for the next 90 days, and start a diet and exercise plan that I will want to continue on the 91st day.

My Program:
I've tried for years to find an easier, softer way, but I think the only way this is going to work is if I eat right, exercise, and put the work in without cheating. If anyone does find a way to get results without putting all that work in, please let me know immediately. ;)
