2016 Goals

I promise myself I am going to do some type of exercise 5 days a week and track my progress.

Other goals for 2016 to make ME a better person:

I promise to send cards to family and friends for birthdays and anniversaries!

Purge and clean something everyday.

    Hi Nic, you're welcome. Slow and steady is key. Prepare some plans in advance but then take it one day at a time, one meal at a time, one exercise period at a time. We can do this. We will probably have setbacks at times but the point is to just keep going. Get up and go on. :) I'll be posting more on my journey... if it's helpful, feel free to share your journey with me too!
