I've been a little loosey goosey with my calories for a few days. I need to get myself focused and motivated.... tomorrow! haha.
Well, I mean today is an office birthday and I'll be having chocolate cake.... but tomorrow, I'm so on it! haha
I've given myself permission to pause for a few days. I'm not intending on gaining weight but not really dropping it either. That's okay... as long as I don't let it turn into more than a few days. I just need a little break from the mental stress of this process. I'm still tracking I'm just not choosing the best things. I told myself that Wednesday (weigh in day) I've got to get back to making forward progress.
How are you doing? Have you had your beach getaway yet? I can't remember when that is but I know it's soon!
