I joined SP in Feb 2012 and within a year I got out of a bad news relationship, gained alot of self concidence, quit smoking, quit drinking heavily, lowered my cholesterol, found my Mr Right and lost 53 pounds.

It's been a long journey to get where I am and I've learned so much along the way. I'm not quite where I want my weight to be, but it's a work in progress and I know I've changed my lifestyle so it's easier to make better choices.

I love the rowing machine but it is hard on the "seat" lol! I'm in search of a seat cushion or small pillow, other than that, it's a great upper body workout, although I have to do it at a slow pace to avoid hurting my back and neck like I did back in 2010-2011.
