I used to be a very outgoing person, I never thought my weight kept me from doing things, but as I get older I realize I dont have the ambition to go out in public. I just want to be comfortable with myself again.
Thanks to SP I've gained self confidence & now have so much more energy to live a healthier, active lifestyle.

My Goals:
Instead of hitting the snooze button (as much as I'd like to) I get up & hop on my Gazelle before getting ready for work. I find this gives me much more energy for the day & I'm not so groggy from snoozing another 9 minutes!

My Program:
I make sure I get at least 7,000 steps in each day & faithfully track every bit of food that goes into my mouth.

Personal Information:
I was born in Wisconsin & have lived in Cincinnati, Oh since 1978.

Success is a Choice
-Unknown
"Today I will make many choices, and each will have a consequence. Today I can choose to tell myself that I am worth the effort, or I can tell myself doesn't matter, I'll do it tomorrow. Today I can choose to journal, or I can choose not to. Today I can choose to drink my water, or I can choose to be
dehydrated. Today I can choose to stay in my points range, or I can choose to hinder my goals. Today I can choose to be more active, or I can choose to take the easy way. Today I can choose to be motivated, or I can choose to tell myself "I can't." Today I can choose success. IT IS MY CHOICE."

"Whether we want them or not, the New Year will bring new challenges; whether we seize them or not, the New Year will bring new opportunities."

"We spend January 1 walking through our lives, room by room, drawing up a list of work to be done, cracks to be patched.
Maybe this year, to balance the list, we ought to walk through the rooms of our lives... not looking for flaws, but for potential. "
~Ellen Goodman

“You give up on what you need to be doing because you forget that you're worth it.
This is why most people aren't leading exemplary lives...You have to believe in yourself so much that you're willing to do what's uncomfortable,
time-consuming, inconvenient, and on occasion seemingly impossible. When you don't believe in yourself this much, pretend.”
-Victoria Moran
