Mom of 2 in NH

I joined SP in August '08. I lost 55 lbs and was maintaining until I found out I was expecting #3. She is now a year old and I'm trying to get rid of those last few pounds. SP has really helped me. I'm so glad I found SP!

My Goals:
My main goal is to stay between 145 - 148. I need to get more veggies into my meals.

My Program:
I am doing the New You, Sweatsuit to Swimsuit. The 1st I have been doing since Jan '08, the 2nd since May '08. I am trying to walk for cardio but I find it quite difficult to fit it in.

Personal Information:
I live in Central NH. I have 2 boys, 4/06 and 12/07 and finally a girl, 3/12. My husband is from England and we got married 11/8/03.

Other Information:
I love to read, play pogo, work in my garden, do puzzles and watch movies.

Thanks for your comment on my blog. Yes, this is preferable to the stomach bug I had a few months back too. I lost 12 pounds in 4 days. Of course most of that returned when I was feeling better. LOL emoticon

Thanks for stopping by team F. We were doing great for a while, but when I moved and wasn't posting, our team kind of fell apart. Now team B has pulled ahead and I don't think I will catch up again. Keep it up, you are doing great!

Thanks for the encouragement on my blog post! I did manage to do a 20 min 1.5 mile walk today. I was struggling but I mentally said "I can do this and will feel much better when I do"
