You asked about suggestions for protein: Greek yogurt is very high in Protein! You can also buy it low fat and no fat! Some brands have 20 grams of protein per cup! I will splurge at times and purchase a protein bar that has 30 grams of protein. I have even purchased powder protein just to make certain I had enough. Now I eat brisket very high in protein and low in fat, as well as fish! Read labels and you'll find what you like, too!

Thanks for dropping by my blog! And good for you for dropping the soda... perhaps take the money you would spend on it each day and put it in a kitty for yourself to spend at the end of a year!

You can do this (just stop calling it the elixar of the gods, lol... poison more like)!
