The first day of the rest of my life

I'm Nicki and I am a 34 year old mother of 1 daughter. I am a full time college student working on a bachelors of arts with a psychology focus. While my life is not that exciting because of school taking over much of the time, I still have goals. My ultimate goal is to be able to take my daughter to Disney World and ride all the rides with her. I have other smaller ones along the way but that is the major one.

You asked about suggestions for protein: Greek yogurt is very high in Protein! You can also buy it low fat and no fat! Some brands have 20 grams of protein per cup! I will splurge at times and purchase a protein bar that has 30 grams of protein. I have even purchased powder protein just to make certain I had enough. Now I eat brisket very high in protein and low in fat, as well as fish! Read labels and you'll find what you like, too!
