Since I was 16, I developed that internal drive to achieve great things. This drive has helped me gain the upper hand in all aspects of my life. My greatest pet peeve is when I hear I cant or outside sources saying You cant. I am absolutely 100% sure that attitude and hard work will get you everything you want in life.

I want to be able to share my attitude with you and help you get everything you want through fitness and proper nutrition. When you look good, you feel good, and when you feel good it rubs off on others and before you know it you are surrounded by good.

MY PURPOSE AND GOAL IN LIFE IS TO HELP MYSELF AND OTHERS AROUND ME FIND THAT PATH OF FITNESS AND NUTRITION BY KEEPING EVERYONE MOVTIVATED! I STRIVE TO ACHIEVE GOALS THAT ARE BOTH CHALLENGING AND REWARDING. FITNESS UNTIL THE END MY FRIENDS!!!

I have been a group fitness instructor for over 4 years and have been serving others as a Star Diamond Beachbody Coach for the same amount of time. I love it!

I have made a long term goal and short term ones as well. I have been working on counting calories but now I am trying to learn about macronutrients, because I think that they will help me achieve my goals better. I have been trying to take it one atep at a time!

Thanks for checking on me! I am still doing t25 and have been adding a few other workouts just to try them out. I am not slimmimg down as fast as I hoped but I am still seeing progress so thars what counts!

Thanks! I'm only 31 Days in and it has been really rewarding so far - I have Insanity on deck once P90X is over - I'm a little afraid of the insanity program, but hopefully I'll be in good enough shape after 90 days to pull it off! emoticon

hey! I am doing good - just finished 90 days of P90X3 and 90 days of Insanity Max 30! (did them both at the same time -yep I am crazy!)
