My Goals:
Goals:
~to exercise 4 times a week.
~to log into spark website daily.
~to lose 3-5 lbs per month yielding in a total weight loss of: 27-45 lbs by my 42nd birthday March 14, 2015.
~to learn a way to release my need to binge eat by working a program and meeting with my counselor.

My Program:
*Utilizing spark coach minimum of 5 times/week.
*Having a food plan in place the evening prior to utilizing the food plan.
*Going to the gym three times a week as I am paying for it.


Personal Information:
I am a single mom of three. I am a RN working on a L&D unit.

Thank you for your encouragement on my meltdown this morning with the halloween candy. I managed to not eat too many and hope that I can manage to get through the rest of the week without eating any more. Thanks so much.

Thanks for your comment on my blog. It helps me remember that even though I'm having a problem with water weight now, I've still managed to lose a lot of weight over the last 2 years.

And I WILL lose more!

Your comment really made my day. I have really been making an effort to take care of myself. I am doing better in some areas than others but making progress. have actually started reading again and am surprised that I have time for it. And I'm getting more done here.

I am so glad to see you doing so well. You are a very special person. If only you could see yourself as others see you. Your are beautiful, inside and out. You are stronger than you think. Believe it.
