My Goals:
I've gained a couple pounds in the last two years. I've gone from 100 at 5'6 (was too thin then) to 125 in about three years. I am trying to get back to 115. I just want to feel fit again and not lose too much weight.

My Program:
I try to eat between 1300 to 1500 calories a day, mostly fruits and veggies. I've cut all snacking (unless healthy) out of my diet as well as soda, which was extremely hard for me to do. I drink green tea like it's going out of style and am always hydrated with lots of water. I work out 6x a week, ranging from the treadmill, to long walks. I also strength train 2 to 3x a week. I find the soreness from a good work out to be an amazing feeling :) I'm determined to get down to 115 in the next 3 months!

Personal Information:
I'm a born and raised Jersey girl. Italian, so carbs are my poison :P

Other Information:
I'm 27 and I'd love to chat with some women around my age, to share some tips and help one another keep on track!
