My Goals:
My main goal is to be 169Lbs by December 31st 2015.

I also will like to help another person as we spark our way to health and fitness.

If you need an accountability partner or someone to just talk to when you feeling overwhelmed send me a sparkmail; we're all in this thing together!


My Program:
I am going to be positive at all times, and keep motivated to exercise and continue to eat healthy. But above all I am going to let God guide me into being the person that he created me to be.

My program consists of eating between 1600-1800 calories daily.

Sun-Fri : Exercise for a minimum of 60 minutes.

Saturday is my rest day.




Personal Information:
I am from the beautiful Caribbean Island of Saint Vincent and the Grenadines. Vincy to the bone.
