HAVEN'T lost it yet !

HI, i will be 55 in january,
I have 3 grown children, 2 boys and a girl, and 12 grand children, son oldest married a women with 3 of her own. 3 little house dogs,named Rowdy and boo-boo and newest blizzard. i currently stay at home due to a accident i had 6 years ago while at work. I am currently trying to loss weight because of my health reasons.

drink 8-9 cups water a day
track my meals/ exercises daily
write out blog for each day about how my day went no excuses
plan out my meals every week
i will lose 1 pound week
watch my calories









My Program:
to meet these goals i will keep and carry a water bottle with me and also keep one ready to grab at all times

i will track exercises
and meals daily

i will write a blog for each day on how my day went no matter how/or what i ate ect/and exercised

i will plan meals every weekend to be ready for new week /plan ahead

i will follow my calorie
i will do a total of 30 min exercises daily but will be cutting these into 10 min mini goals for time being

books i like are mostly doings with gardening , and birds.
