Truckin' along.
I'm in my mid 20s. Two years ago was the first time I was happy with my weight, and now I want to get back down to where I was when I felt good about myself, and had a lot less back pain.

I don't drive, so I walk everywhere. I need to find other exercises I can enjoy, because my body seems to have adjusted to my 5-10 mile days.
