Nikki's Freedom Journey To Get The Life I Deserve

Hello everyone. I had Thyroid surgery on Oct 2010 and i am trying to get the thyroid weight gain off my body. Since my thyroid issues occured i have had struggles with weight, sleep and energy. Also my metabolism is pretty much gone.

I am trying really hard to find some balance in my life. Between 3 kids. A husband with a ton of needs and my health issues i feel like i have no energy for just me. I need to find a way to stop trying to be there for everyone else and learn to also ...
