I'm a 20-something (almost 30-something) trying to figure out what the heck it was I wanted to do when I grew up. My dream when I was younger was to travel, photograph and write for a major magazine. Yea I'm far from doing that. After graduation I went home to take care of the parentals and got stuck there. But I refuse to say I am defeated by my past. What's past is past and I'm looking to the present and how to change my future. So now here I am working on me and trying that dream again.

-quit hitting snooze button

listening to what my body tells me it needs
-counting calories, carbs, fat, protein and fiber
-making healthier food choices
-walking when weather is nice and i don't hit the snooze button
-30 day shred again when i don't hit the snooze button



Personal Information:
First off, I'm a Halloween baby so that tends to explain a lot of my personality. Music and art are the driving forces in my life. Musically i'm an avid fan of all forms of metal, especially progressive, and also jazz. My ipod goes from Rob Zombie to Frank Sinatra to Johnny Cash. I hate to sit still yet I have trouble getting those fitness minutes in. My time is usually spent helping the parents around the house and chasing 1-4 dogs around the house.
