I Can Do This!!

I am a breast cancer survivor (Jan. 2012). I am blessed it was caught early & I that skated by with just a lumpectomy, radiation therapy & 5 years of meds. As I sat in the hospital awaiting my surgery, I was snooping in my chart & saw that yucky "obese" word. I knew it was true, but it really bothered me to see it in writing. That's why I am here.

P.S. I don't know if you are already doing this, but make sure to take meausrements about monthly. Sometimes when you are near your goal weight, you won't see much movement in the scale, but there will be inches lost (which is the real goal right)

I know low sugar nutrition plans support fat loss in the abdomen, butt and hips. Also, take CLA, which is a natural supplement helps the body eliminate the excess fluid from fat cells when we are burning fat.

Take waist, abdomen and hips measurements, at the very least, it's so exciting to see those inches go down!
