I Can Do This!!

I am a breast cancer survivor (Jan. 2012). I am blessed it was caught early & I that skated by with just a lumpectomy, radiation therapy & 5 years of meds. As I sat in the hospital awaiting my surgery, I was snooping in my chart & saw that yucky "obese" word. I knew it was true, but it really bothered me to see it in writing. That's why I am here.

emoticon too ............ I am taking a break from unpacking boxes before work ........ (although DH has done SO much) ..... am feeling better; have to keep working on those neck exercises; but one nice thing is that the spa I go to is only about 4 minutes from my house; and I can get in the jaccuzi and do some gentle exercises and stretches in the water. (I'm going to ease back into things and not overdo) ........... thanks again!
