My Goals:
I currently have approximately 27% body fat. My main goal is to reduce that to around 15%.

My Program:
Currently, I CrossFit 5 days per week and follow the Juggernaut lifting schedule. I plan to add some HIIT in the morning before breakfast. Additionally, I need to get my diet in check...eliminate wheat and limit alcohol and sugar.

Personal Information:
I am originally from Chicago, but am currently living in SW Florida...on a farm, with donkeys, goats, pigs, geese, ducks, chickens, cats, dogs, and a husband!!! I call it my Nine Dog Circus.
