Time to figure this out!

My story starts like many others. I was a chubby kid, and have struggled with weight my entire life. About 6 years ago, I lost 70lbs and maintained my weight for about 3 years. Some how I have managed to gain all my weight back, and then some. How did this happen? Was it stress, lack of time, or did I not ever really figure out what my issue was? One thing I do know, is that I sat back looking at old photos of myself when I was at my skinniest weight, and all I can remember was I still ...

One thing I do know, is that I sat back looking at old photos of myself when I was at my skinniest weight, and all I can remember was I still felt FAT when I was "skinny"!!!! So...... this time, I want to figure it out. Why am I fat? How can I lose weight this time, keep it off, and truly feel like I am happy with myself? I would like to use sparkpeople to help me track what I am experiencing as I lose weight this time around. I need to try and really figure out and analyze how I am feeling, and hopefully help others with my knowledge down the road. I can't tell you how much I want to beat this "thing" and start feeling happy with who I am. Too much time dreaming, and not enough time living. It's time to walk the walk and figure this out!
