At some point, it gets easy. Right?

I was fit as a child and into my early 20s. Then something went wrong ... Anyway, the past is the past and I'm ready to take back control. I'll be saying goodbye to my beer and wine, and hopefully hello to a more positive outlook on life. Here we go!

I just want to be fit - feel good and like the way I look.

I'm setting my weight loss goals in stages. Once I hit one, I'll update to get to the next one.

My Program:
Walk 2 miles 5x a week
Bike 5 miles 3x a week
Zumba 2x a week
ZERO alcohol or soda from 6/12 until 8/4
8 hours of sleep each night
Eat cleanly at least 80% of the time

Thank you for the comment on my blog. I am trying to keep track of everything I eat or drink now. I did good today, on tracking, and see that I need to work on things to get the right amount of protein and not so much fat. I'll get there.
