Hi, I'm Nancy. Married with 2 kids and 2 more that I share with my husband and his ex - all grown now. We're both retired and still trying to figure out what we want to do with the rest of our lives! I've battled (or not) my weight most of my adult life; lived at 240 for many years, then yo-yo'ed for the last several. When I hit 61, I realized that I wouldn't live to a healthy, active 100 unless I made some changes but it's still a struggle to stay motivated. That's why I'm here!

JESUS (the sweetest name I know) ~

His shed blood means we can live each day in His forgiveness.

His resurrection means we can walk constantly in newness of life.

His day of victory makes all our days complete!

Praying His Very Best Is Yours this Easter Season!

For in Him we live & move & have our being. ~ Acts 17:28 NIV

There will never be another act of love
so pure or triumph
so celebrated
as the humility of the cross
& the miracle of the empty tomb.

Bonnie Jensen

Have a wonderful time of rejoicing in the Resurrection!

Nancy, I was lying on my floor thinking about staying on track and where that expression came from... and that lead to imagining that I'm on a train. There are things that I do that show me I am on the train so I made a list of behaviours, exercises, ways of eating that are "on the train" and those that are off track. I wrote a series of blogs about it this month.... about preparing to go on the trip by making sure I have the right food in the house and when I wrote that blog the coolest thing happened... members started commenting on their ideas... like who I meet on the train and where it is going. I have given myself a couple of "free passes" to be able to get right back on the train if I find I am "off track" without having to go back to the station ie. start all over again. I'm a very visual person. I hope something in this sparks something that helps! Justyna
