I make a whole roast chicken every week. I cut up/pull off all the meat, store the bones in a ziplock back, and freeze it. Every time I have a bone-in steak like a ribeye or t-bone, I save the bone for that as well. When I need bone broth, I pull the bones out of the freezer. The chicken bones are definitely the most economical way to bone broth! 20 days ago
