You are right about 85% dark chocolate. I have a hard time over eating it. Its been my secret weapon in the past. As much as I try not to keep it in my desk drawer I may have to stash some for awhile. I think it will help me get past this sugar hump I've gotten myself back into.
I love your "greens" pic on your page. I was on the app the other night and someone posted in #keto that they could never eat "those foods" forever. I wonder what they think you eat on keto? So when I look at your picture of all the healthy weapons you have what I realize is those people are really saying that they could never give up processed junk food and just eat real food for the rest of their lives. Do they know how ridiculous that is? 44 days ago
Thanks for the comment on my blog. I need to treat myself as I would with a dear friend. I use all sorts of mind tricks to do or not do stuff, but in the end, I'm the one paying for it. I need to keep my mind clear with the reasons I am doing this. To focus my energy where it pays and makes me feel great! Have a Fantastic Friday too! It's pouring rain, in here Quebec! But it won't stop me from going walking! 44 days ago
Thank you for reading my Friday Happy Hour blog, "Walking A Thin Line".
Eugene Bertin once said, "There is a purifying power in laughter. It is truth in palatable form. It is instant vacation. Seeing the comical side of many situations makes life a great deal easier. It's like riding through life on sensitive springs that ease every jolt."
Yes, I wholeheartedly agree that laughter is one of the best forms of medicine. So, I hope you'll join me once again for some more laughter and giggles as we take a lighter look at life later today at the next Friday Happy Hour. 51 days ago
