I am walking 10,000 steps a day and doing the fitness workout suggested by SP. Eating needs to be changed, but with the support from SP it will change.

Thank you for the warm welcome. I am making another effort to track. Never gave up being active, just not as healthy as I would like and that is purely because I am not paying attention to everything necessary for better health!

Thank you for your kind words on my page! I am happy to say that I have returned to SparkPeople, after taking a hiatus from my weight-loss due to a serious knee injury. I appreciate your thoughtfulness, and although I may not be able to come back on a daily basis, you should see me around a lot more over the next several months :)
