I've got a hunger twisting my stomach into knots.

Been trying to get more active on sparkpeople. I have not only been trying to "diet" - but my new goal is to become more mindful of every food that I choose to put into my body. There are a lot of things to motivate me right now - I just need to keep them in mind day in and day out!

NOGIRLSOSWEET This illness is never-ending - I am so tired that it is nearly impossible to work out through it!

My Goals:
- Back at about 150 pounds - would like to be back around 120 pounds by July of 2014 and feel like I am at my fittest and healthiest! It is going to be tough..

- Go from 163 pounds to 133 pounds before my twentieth birthday on June 2- Completed early in March, 2009.

- Complete the sparkpeople "new you" bootcamp, along with all of the bonus goals.
- Did it! =)

- Another goal - let's see if I can get another ten pounds off - to a weight of 123 - before my birthday!
- Met this goal, too!

- Goal - September 5 mile Fun Run!
- Didn't complete this run, but instead a 6K fun run on October 17, so there!

- Goal - set June 2nd, 2009, on my twentieth birthday - before school begins, to be at (at least) 123 pounds or less.
- Did it!

NEWEST GOAL - set December 12, 2012 - had a bit of a "relapse" - my new goal is to get back to the weight at which I was most comfortable - around 120 pounds - by May 2013. Just in time for summer ba

My Program:
Lost the initial forty or more pounds - now falling out of my routine and gaining some back - time to get back on track and stay accountable to myself!

Please have fun lots of it this weekend at the dance. Time is short take the time to enjoy it. I am glad you have parents. Mine have died so it is not easy to look ahead to the holidays .

Every once in a while we indulge and it's okay. If we didn't indulge now and then it would feel too much like we're depriving ourselves, which isn't a bad thing, but would feel too much like a diet and would kind of take the joy out of having taste buds!
