My Exercise Space

I'm a 25 year old finishing up a Master's degree, and trying to get back into the shape I was in when I was in college and high school. There's been a lot of stressful events that led to stress eating, and I'm finding out a great deal of things about my health that require a nice, healthy, active body. So, the goal is to get back to that body.

I am trying to get at least 2000 minutes for the month. I'm at 1164. not too shabby. The summer is coming and I want a bikini body!

Thanks for stopping by my blog about going meatless. I agree that I feel so much better only eating lean meats. I still eat eggs, cheese and yogurt. I could never be vegan, although I admire their determination! I like the meatless sausage too! I make my own version of McMuffins with sandwich thins and meatless sausage. SO good!
