Two years ago I discovered SparkPeople and lost 40lbs, and it was EASY!

Keeping the weight off since February 2010 has not been so easy, and I've slowly but surely gained 12lbs again despite my efforts.

Wu long tea. Does it help? I think it does.

Learning to exercise. (I HATE exercise!)

Walking an extra 2-5 miles several days per week.

Strength training at least twice a week.

I have no idea about the stupid potato, I ate the blasted thing anyways in the end as I had been looking forward to the meal I was making, and frankly, I had a light lunch and was hungry!

Its not like I eat potato very often, it just boggled me how vastl different it was, the SP entries are rubbish... the US ideas of small/medium/large are way off our standards... I weighed an orange before, the weight calories for what we would call a large, where the same as the calories listed for a small one.

Thats why I prefer to do everything by weight!
