I now have 5 grandchildren and I want them to remember me as the "FUN" grandma. They and my hubby are some of my reasons for working so hard. But the main reason is me. I am not happy at this weight and want to be fit again. I decided it was time to update my page and since it is all rainy and yucky outside, what better time...I have been in this a while, met my goal and didn't do well with maintenance. LOL! Now I am back and taking all the lessons I learned the first go around and adding new ones along the way. Wow the site has really seen some awesome changes and I am taking advantage of them all. I went over some of my old blogs and really have seen changes in me as well. I am more positive and don't have as much on me as before. The kids are all grown and all have kids of their own. I don't want to be the grandma that sits and watches her soap operas all day, I want to be the "FUN" grandma. Nothing like playing like a kid to say farewell to all the pounds. I am learning to like breakfast and I do meditation and journal each night. I am determined and positive about my ability to succeed. After all I did it once and I have the entire Sparkpeople family to help with that. Totally into all the challenges to choose from and unlike that old dog, I can learn new tricks. I have back issues and that makes it hard some days to do all I want to do but I do what I can. I also have the knowledge that this is a journey not a race.. Small goals lead to bigger ones. Together we all can succeed!!!

Find new ways to have Family Fun on holidays without food being the focal point.
Find new ways to cope with uncontrollable stress
Practice Daily Meditation
Get back to my hobbies of Needlepoint and crafting
Practice Smile Therapy every day
Move into a larger place.
Start saving 5 dollars per paycheck to cover moving expenses.
Track Nutrition and Fitness each day.
Eat more whole foods and less processed foods.
Organize and De-clutter my life.

My Program:
At least 10 min of exercise each day
To keep up with all my challenges.
Keep Nomi #1! .
Delegate- Stop trying to do it all.
Enjoy 1 Free Day each week-NO WORK!!!!
Continue to eat within caloric limits.
Spend at least 1 hr a day outside.
