I have been unhappy with my weight for years now, but never motivated enough to stick with a program. I am now clinically overweight and with the heart conditions and diabetes that run in my family, that is simply unacceptable.

My goal is to lose 30 pounds and reach the ideal weight for my height and body type. 130lbs is also a weight I was once very happy at, and I really miss having that self confidence.
