It is time to get this body in shape for once and for all. I did Weight Watchers in 2012-2013 and did very well, but didn't exercise much. During "maintenance" I put all but 10 lbs back on. So, now I have decided this absolutely has to be a lifestyle change forever!! No more goofing around. I am not a great lover of exercise but once I get into a routine and start feeling better about myself I will stick to it. The key is not missing a day of excuses.

I am definitely loving moving more.

My Goals:
Make Health & Fitness and priority.

Run, or atleast jog, a 5k by June 2014.

Be the best Wife/Mom/Grandmom I can be.

Finish my BSN by 2020.

My Program:
I am just getting back into the swing of exercise (Dec 2013). I figured better to start before the new year rather than make it a resolution. My goal for right now is walking 7,000 steps a day (but am really averaging toward 10-11,000) and walking/jogging atleast 3 miles per day. I also do crunches, pushups, free weights, Slim in 6, and The Firm.

My name is Alisa and I am from Maryland. I am 46 yo and have a daughter who gave me a handsome grandson almost two years ago. I work full time and go to school part time for my BSN. I am striving to be in the best shape possible to be an example to everyone I am close to at home and on SP.

Other Information:
I love to read mysteries and some romance, preferably with a mystery twist. I love many different authors; Tess Gerritsen, Lisa Gardner, some Nora Roberts, Mary Higgins Clark, Beverly Lewis and many more. I love to knit and crochet as it is very calming.
