Hi, I'm Noosner (female), 56 and I live in the North of England. I've lost and put on weight for 40 years now, some of it here at Spark People! Really I'd like to stop the cycle of losing and gaining so my goal now is stability and very gradual weight loss, even though I'm still quite a lot heavier than I'd like.

To enjoy better health on a more consistent basis.

Weight loss is broken down into smaller goals now, so my current goal is to reach 167lbs by December 2014.

My Program:
Small portions, daily treats, eating in the Zone and not eating anything after my evening meal.

Table tennis, walking, swimming, Pilates.

Mindfulness re emotional eating.

I live in Yorkshire, in the UK with my partner and dog.

The Dieter’s Psalm
The Lord is my trainer; I shall not sit on the couch.
