I never did yoga before and it is really easy to follow along she goes slow. and works up to more intense movements. Yeah, that's the sad thing about shoes - eventually they start to fall apart, and even though they feel super comfortable, they are not working as good as they should, especially padding and stabilazers usually worn out, so you may hurt yourself this way.
They have a really good heel cushioning, so if you can find Nike Airspan shoes they may work for you. My previous ones also had a good cushioning, but it was twice as small, so even though I run with my ball first (I put down almost whole feet at the same time), because the heel is so high, it almost forces me to hit heel first and I feel a bit out of balance... that's why I am a bit confused, but what do I know, maybe my stride will improve and it's all for the best. 1371 days ago
