emoticon to SparkPeople!! You are going to love it here. I also just started doing the C25K. I found a free site were you can find mp3 music set to this program. Go to www.podrunner.com and download, for free, the Podrunner Intervals. The music queues you when you have to run or start walking. It is great! Good luck to you!!!
