Looking at 100+ pounds to lose has sidetracked me often...my perfectionism is an issue as well. I am working on realistic goal setting and motivation.
I'm following the Primal Blueprint by Mark Sisson. This helps me combat my insulin resistance. After 26 years of following "conventional wisdom" to lose weight and ending up at 250+, I'm ready for a change!

Hi, I just wanted to stop by to tell you that I love you Spark page. I think you are so talented.
Keep up the good work. I started another PB challenge, it will begin tomorrow, however, I decided to make it a 29 day challenge this month and 30 day challenges every month after that. I hope this is ok; I just feel that 30 days will give us more time to see results and to correct things along the way during the challenge.
Well, I hope to see you post on the thread, but do understand that life steps in, so and know that I am rooting for you! and can do it together!
