Hi Norma, welcome to Spark. This is such a great place. We get so much informaion to help us on this journey to a better, healthier body. I hope you are going to join a team. It is so great to be able to chat with others who are traveling the same road. I would suggest that you not join too many as then you can never really get close to the members. I belong to one here and 3 that are mainly for the handicapped. That keeps me plenty busy, Our group covers many topics not just weight loss as what is going on in our lives affects how we are handling our eating habits. I think you are going to do just fine, Use all the info given here, just don't do like so many of us want to do, lose it too fast. Best wishes, your new friend, Betty
