Healthy fitness after a major injury - the continue healing mentally, physically and spiritually. 5. Setting up a fitness charthat will be advantageous to my well-being. Accomplishing: 1, Research internet, recommended cookbooks, articles as well as popular TV shows geared at healthy food and/or nutritious snacks. 2. Plan to prepare at least healthy and nutritious meal 1x - 2x a week and then increase as time will allow. 3. Decrease on soda in-take and increase my water in-take. Explore options of other drinks I can consume make sure I stock up on those items. 4. Reference my, "Complete Food & Nutrition Guide Book," by Roberta Larson Duyff. 5. Research and consult with professionals or refer to line item #4.

My Program:
Give an overview of what you are doing to meet your goals. 1. Research internet, recommended cookbooks, articles as well as popular TV shows geared at healthy foods and/or nutritious snacks. 2. Plan to prepare at least healthy and nutritious meals once/twice a week and then increase as time will allow. 3. Decrease on my soda in-take and increase my water in-take. Explore options of other drinks I can consume and make sure I stock up on those items.
