Good question on my blog re:strategies. I've joined a group of 60+ ladies on a blog who are banding together over the holidays to not gain weight. We check in weekly. I don't have a lot of support at home, just too self-concious to get family involved, so I'm hoping this will give me the shared support I need.

Saw you weren't feeling well, hope you're better soon. You mentioned you retired 14 years ago, though not willingly. I sort of had that happen, laid off from a full time job with a company I'd been at for years. It's been a roller coaster since, though I've always had work and now I'm ready to put it on the shelf. I've got one more year at 10 hours a week. Any advice?

Hmm, that's a good question. I'll have to think about that :)
