Saw you weren't feeling well, hope you're better soon. You mentioned you retired 14 years ago, though not willingly. I sort of had that happen, laid off from a full time job with a company I'd been at for years. It's been a roller coaster since, though I've always had work and now I'm ready to put it on the shelf. I've got one more year at 10 hours a week. Any advice?

thank you for the "kick" on my blog, it really helped! I'm paying attention to what I eat and cutiing out desserts and wheat, staying under 2K now to get under 1500 calories or less each day. Thanks again buddy!
