I have changed my name because I realized that when I make healthy choices I am no longer missing out on life. Getting healthier has helped me to truly live a fuller life. I can't wait to reach a healthy weight range and experience live to the fullest!

2013 lower body fat percentage and increase running frequency
I want to lose weight before having 2 more kids and spend my 25th birthday in "one-derland"! My short term goal is to run a 5K in Jan. 2012 and fit into a Misses 14!!!- Accomplished
My birthday is not her yet and I am in "one-derland" and buying sizes 12/14!
My new goal is to within a 20 lb range of a healthy BMI by my Birthday and in a size 8/10
My Program:
2013 - Crossfit 4-5x week, running 2x week, calorie counting, Paleo eating 80% of the time
2012- I am doing the couch to 5k running program and I introduce a lot of variety with Zumba, Tae Bo, and P90x
