My Goals:
My ultimate goal is to loose at least 50 pounds. I would like to look and feel better. I am also determined to gain and maintain optimal health. After reaching my first goal, I will set another weight loss goal.
My Program:
I start each morning with prayer. I log on to SP daily. I complete all of my entries and stick to my meal and exercise plan.

My name is Kim. I have been married to my husband Joe since '90. We have 3 sons, Joseph, Jonathan, & Joshua. We live in Eastern Henrico County, which is a suburb of Richmond, VA. I am an assistant principal at Varina High School.
Other Information:
I have MS, but MS does not have me. I embrace each day with a posiitve attitiude. I am determined not to let a diagnosis define my life. I am a living testimony that I can do all things through CHRIST who gives me strength.
