Oh, precious young woman, thirty-eight is so very young. I would so enjoy going back to that age for just one week --- if I could take what I have learned over the years & use it for that week.
My prayer for you is that, no matter what came in the years before, you will choose to enjoy being whatever age you find yourself during the coming years. There is so much for you to look forward experiencing & enjoying.

You are right. Yoga does help to lose weight. It builds muscle and promotes flexibility. I was at a food show and talked to a yoga teacher and she said my doctor was wrong, that yoga would help me lose weight. 740 days ago
