It's NOT a diet, It's a LIFESTYLE!

Mid May 2014 I had my SP 1 year anniversary.
I lost 20 pounds and kept it off.
I need to lose more and I will.
I have learned so much on SP about nutrition, Flylady, clean eating with friendship and support.
With all of the valuable information I've gained, I'm developing a lifestyle I can live with.
A lifestyle that's good for my whole family.
Thank You SP!

How are you doing with the fasting? Is it still going well? How about the temps?! We are hot and humid here today, but after the long, COLD winter, I am trying to enjoy it... not sure if it's quite working! Anyway, hope all is well with you :)

emoticon Eliz! Think of healthy living as a career. Make goal setting a regular part of your life. Become a permanent participant in sustaining better lifestyle choices. Focus on one goal at a time to become a healthier you. Develop an action plan for each goal and finish what you start. Each positive change will lead you to better results. You CAN and WILL turn your GOALS into the results that you are striving for!

emoticon G = Give each goal 100% of commitment from beginning to completion!
emoticon O = Open your mind to new ways of doing new things!
emoticon A = Add variety to nutrition plan, fitness activities and inner well-being goals!
emoticon L = Live life embracing healthy choices, positive changes and personal growth!
emoticon S = Strive to exceed daily with a combined mind-body-soul balance!

Thanks for stopping by my frozen juice blog. Yes, they were frozen. When they go in the freezer, I had to tilt the bottles or they'd break due to water expansion. If you sit them upright in the freezer from the beginning, all of them would break. It's as simple as that. Only after they are frozen, then they can sit upright. Congrats on buying the electric grater/shooter. That's the way to go. It may seem expensive but worth much more in time and energy saving. Cooking is a lot of work and you need all the help you can get. Go Gadgets! I've heard some rumbling about bird flu but didn't think much of it. I'll be cooking 5 dozens eggs this Sat, so I'll find out if it affects the prices at the farmer's market. The eggs will be good for a month supply for me. emoticon

Thanks for stopping by and for the goodie!! How exciting for all of you to be making a move. I know the work of moving itself isn't fun......but having a new place to call home would be fun. Hope all goes well and you get settled as soon as possible.
Hugs,
