It's NOT a diet, It's a LIFESTYLE!

Mid May I had my SP 1 year anniversary.
I lost 20 pounds and kept it off.
I need to lose more and I will.
I have learned so much on SP about nutrition, Flylady, clean eating with friendship and support.
With all of the valuable information I've gained, I'm developing a lifestyle I can live with.
A lifestyle that's good for my whole family.

I'm 57 years young.
Mom to 21 children, 17 adopted, 4 by birth. Ages 6-38 yrs.

11 at home, 3 in Heaven, 7 grown.

I run a 4 bed Adult Waivered Services Foster Home for Adults with disabilities for 27 years. We have 2 lovely ladies.

I have lots of health challenges- If I can do it- you can do it! :o)

What an amazing woman you are! I've just been reading through your blogs and looking at your photos! I work with adults with a learning disability - but what you do is absolutely crazily beautifully amazing!
