No Excuses from Here on Out!!

My Goals:
Week of July 13, 2009: *Love myself *Regain consistency *Log every bite of food *Burn 400 cals per day Get fit and fabulous!
My Program:
I follow a variation of the Clean Eating Diet. Which consists of eating small meals, every 2 to 3 hours. I love this plan because I am hardly ever hungry. I know that if I overeat, I am either being greedy or emotional (hehehe)! I run over three miles at least 3 times a week, and aspire to run even further!! I also strength train about 4 times a week.
Personal Information:
I enjoy running!! I can't live without my IPOD, and I am a recovering sugar junkie!! Haha.....pasteries and chocolate are my strongest adversaries in the challenge to be fit and healthy!
Other Information:
I absolutely looove Tosca Reno, the author of "The Eat Clean Diet" and her book series! She really know how to get ya going! Another fitness fave: Francisca Dennis..this lady has given birth to SIX kids...have you seen her body?!! Amazing! Anytime I even think about using my 2 kids as an excuse to not excercise, I think of her! No excuses, mothers!! Get a jogging stroller, and take them with you!
