DOING WHAT I CAN WHEN I CAN!

I am in my 5th year on Sparks. I have several health issues that keep me on a constant roller coaster with my weight and activity. I do the best I can with what I have to work with but the friends I have made here are what keep me going!

My Goals:
To continue to lose weight at a safe pace as I deal with health issues. To keep walking as long as I do not have severe pain. To enjoy my Challenge teams and do the best I can when I can!


My Program:
My exercise commitment is to walk daily and use the Sit and Tone DVD or similar chair exercise video 2-3x weekly.
I will continue to adjust my nutrition as I need to for my Gastroparesis and enjoy those few foods I can while I can.

Personal Information:
I am from Central Kansas and love the trees. I read and review my books and books that are requested by authors. I walk daily unless in pain and have a step goal of 4000-5000 steps a day at present. I have several progressive health issues but I just keep on keeping on.

Other Information:
I ENJOY READING COZY AND CULINARY MYSTERIES, FANTASY AND PARANORMAL FICTION AS WELL AS ROMANCE. I ENJOY BRITISH MYSTERY SERIES SUCH AS MASTERPIECE THEATER.

I'm celebrating my 5 year anniversary with Spark People. I've lost 54 pounds thanks to motivating and supportive Spark friends like you! I have some more to lose but am grateful for where I am because of things you've shared during your journey! Thank you so very much for being there!
