I am exercise intolerant and really mad at my doctor. The frustration of all this weight is confusing to me and I haven't a clue as to how this body is going to shed the pounds. I am looking for something that works but I am hard headed and not so quick to listen.

It is so frustrating to try to exercise and lose weight when you're in pain. But, with support, it is possible! I've found quite a bit of that here, and I hope you will too.

I have chronic pain and find it hard to exercise. I feel your pain its not easy especially when you have over 50 pounds to lose like I do.
