How many tries before this "sticks"?

The title sez it all: I have managed to lose a lot of weight in a very healthy, sane manner but put it back on over and over. It's as if the "magic" runs out. I know that's not quite what happens but the discouragement factor is major. I am here for the SPARK. Bits of facts about me include: pain from arthritis, IBS, Restless Leg Syndrome and anxiety.

2013 Goals: increase exercise daily by 5 minutes; stay off the scale except for once a month; stick within calorie limits, every week do 15 minutes on a household project.
Reassess at 3 months (4/1/2013).


My Program:
Log in to SP daily. Track food daily & stay within nutrition and calorie ranges. Do at least Ten Minutes of Exercise daily; 3 x week do 35 with added cardio. Track fitness daily. Challenge negative thinking and journal the process. Read Sparky stuff 3 x week.
